Ok time to get posting again.  Whipped this up tonight and had to stop myself from getting a third bowl.  I really love soup.


Hamburger Florentine soup
1# hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
1 T minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups beef broth
4-6 cups spinach, cut into strips
1/2 - 3/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup HWC

Brown hamburger with onion. Add garlic cook 1-2 more minutes. Add broth. Season to taste. Add mushrooms and allow to cook for 3-5 minutes. Add spinach and HWC.
